While local bakeries are a staple in just about every small Australian town, country Victoria isn’t the first place you might expect to encounter one specialising in Asian fusion.
But in Kyneton, about an hour’s drive north of Melbourne, Country Cob Bakery has become one of the country’s most decorated bakeries with its award-winning pies showcasing the flavours of Asia.
Owner Chan Khun, who migrated from Cambodia 20 years ago, bought the shop with his brother Ryan in 2015.
