Fuelled by his dual passions for cooking and photography, he furthered his commitment to sharing his expertise. This dedication led to his prestigious achievement of winning the Gourmet World Cookbook Award for Best Asian Cuisine Book ‘The Taste of Angkor’ in 2022.
