Grand Twins Becomes First Private Firm Listed on Cambodian Stock Exchange

Grand Twins International (Cambodia) Co. Ltd., a Phnom Penh-based garment manufacturer for U.S. athletic apparel brands, became the second company to list on the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) when the bourse’s bell rang at 9 a.m. Monday.

The company twice delayed its listing because of “technical problems.”

The opening share price was 9,700 riel, or about $2.4, with an initial 2,700 shares trading at a total value of 26.19 million riel, or about $6,469.

Grand Twins is the first private company to publicly sell its shares on the CSX since it opened in 2012, when the Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority became the bourse’s sole listing.
