“Are you Hope?” Indican Pictures has released an official US trailer for a Cambodian drama titled In the Life of Music, which originally premiered in 2018 at the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival.
It played at more international festivals last year, and is finally ready for release on VOD this summer.
Love, war and music transform the lives of a Cambodian family over the course of three decades. In the Life of Music tells the story of how one song “Champa Battambang”, made famous by Sinn Sisamuth (the King of Khmer Music at the time), plays a role in the lives of three different generations of Cambodians.
