Kuching – Cambodian authorities have yet to bring charges against the 47 Malaysians presently being held in a Cambodian provincial jail over their alleged involvement in illegal online gambling.
This was confirmed by one of the affected family members, who visited the Cambodian facility today.
Two affected family members were part of the delegation led by Julau MP Larry Sng to visit the 47 Malaysians, who were arrested in the city of Poipet, Banteay Meanchey province in western Cambodia on Dec 11 last year.
