4:15 p.m. Prime Minister Hun Sen, National Assembly President Heng Samrin and Senate President Chea Sim are scheduled to arrive in front of the Royal Palace to watch the boat races.
4:30 p.m. King Norodom Sihamoni is scheduled to arrive to watch the races.
7 p.m. About 2,000 fireworks are slated to be set off in a show to coincide with the arrival of the Royal Palace float in front of the palace.
