A monument honouring the friendship between Vietnam and Cambodia was inaugurated in the Cambodian province of Kratie on February 23.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Secretary of State at Cambodia’s Ministry of Cults and Religions Nhem Valy, Governor of Kratie province Va Khon and Vietnamese military attaché Nguyen Thanh Chinh.
