Cambodia on Thursday confirmed a daily record of 638 new COVID-19 cases, of which 113 were imported, raising the national total caseload to 106,619, the Ministry of Health (MoH) said in a statement.
Twenty-two more fatalities have been registered, taking the overall death toll to 2,176, the MoH said, adding that 479 more patients have recovered, bringing the total number of recoveries to 99,134.
The Southeast Asian nation launched a COVID-19 vaccination drive in February, with China being the key vaccine supplier.
