It’s a typical weekday afternoon and all hands are on deck at USA Homemade Donuts as they welcome the after-school rush of kids and parents looking for their sugar fix.
Located at 78 Hathaway Road, next door to Boston Pizza and Seafood, the eatery has gained a healthy local following and praise through social media since opening in late August.
“Our donuts are a lot lighter and fluffier than others. Many of our customers will tell us they’ll have one, and then want another one right away because they’re not too heavy,” said Solynna Taing, who runs the business with her son Henry.
