Japan and Cambodia yesterday signed seven memoranda of understanding (MoUs) to strengthen bilateral ties in defence, security, trade, investment, infrastructure and air connectivity.

Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet met his Japanese counterpart Kishida Fumio on the third day of the ASEAN-Japan 50th Commemorative Summit in Tokyo. The Asia Zero Emission Community Leaders Meeting (AZEC) was also held in parallel.
