Mobile payment company Wing missed its goal of increasing its points of sale, called Cash Xpress outlets, to 2,000 by May, Wing’s CEO Anthony Perkins said Tuesday.
Mr. Perkins said the company increased outlets from 950 to 1,700 countrywide since February, and would achieve 2,000 locations by the end of July.
In February, Mr. Perkins announced the goal of 2,000 during a launch event for Wing’s prepaid Visa cards.
