Thailand’s Criminal Court issued the warrant for a Cambodian national named Kimrin Pich who police say traveled to Bangkok with the victim, Lim Kimya, on a minibus where he acted as a spotter for the alleged hitman.
Photographs of Kimrin Pich were splashed across newspapers in Thailand while New York-based Human Rights Watch (HRW) distributed links to his Facebook account saying he works as deputy head of a market in Phnom Penh.
