Marcos eyes stronger ties with Cambodia

President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos Jr. said he is looking at bolstering the country’s ties with Cambodia as part of the Philippines’ efforts to boost partnerships with nations across the globe.

Marcos made the pronouncement during a meeting with Cambodia Deputy Prime Minister Sok Chenda Sophea in Malacañang on Tuesday afternoon.

In welcoming Sok, Marcos stressed the importance of continuous dialogues and cooperation with Cambodia and other member-states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean).
