Vaccinated tourists return to Cambodia as quarantine rule lifted

Travelling to Cambodia is now once again an option for many tourists around the world, after officials relaxed regulations for those who are vaccinated against Covid-19.

The first tourists to arrive in Cambodia without quarantine have been returning to the South-East Asian country famous for its Angkor Wat temple complex since travel officials relaxed regulations for vaccinated travellers on November 15.

Anyone planning a visit can now apply for an electronic visa for tourist travel, according to new rules from the second half of November onwards. Visas upon arrival are not yet being issued, however.
