THE CAMBODIA DAILY IS HIRING
The Cambodia Daily is looking for contributors and freelancers to help expand our digital-only presence. With the suppression of press freedom in Cambodia, we have transitioned to an online-only publication with Khmer- and English-language news pieces published on our web and Facebook pages in text, audio and video format.
Collectively our online sites are attracting more than 100,000 unique users a month, and we expect this number to increase in the run-up to July’s national elections. As we continue to expand our reach we are seeking the help of experienced journalists both inside Cambodia and from further afield.
Candidates must have solid news judgement, strong writing skills, and the ability to produce hard news stories and analytical pieces in English under tight deadline. Market rates.
