Brunei top referee Abdul Hakim set for duty in Cambodia

Brunei Darussalam’s internationally certified referee Abdul Hakim bin Mohd Haidi has been appointed by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) to embark on a highly profiled assignment in the first leg of the 2020 AFC Cup playoff round at the Phnom Penh Olympic Stadium in Phnom Penh, Cambodia tomorrow.

The AFC-accredited referee has been assigned as a fourth official in the first leg tie between Svay Rieng FC of Cambodia and Master 7 of Laos.

Abdul Hakim, who is listed as one of FIFA international match officials, has been active with his officiating duties overseas since 2018 but his work only centred mostly in the ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) sub-region.
