Deputy Foreign Minister Nguyen Quoc Dung led a delegation of the Foreign Ministry to the Embassy of Cambodia in Hanoi on November 5 to extend congratulations on the country’s 66th Independence Day.
Talking to Cambodian Ambassador Chay Navuth, who has just started his tenure in Vietnam, Deputy FM Dung said Vietnam is rejoiced at the achievements that Cambodia has made over the past 66 years, particularly its impressive economic growth rate in recent years.
He noted that Vietnam-Cambodia ties are making firm progress, with regular exchange of visits and contacts at the high level.
