Cambodia’s Prime Minister Hun Sen has held a phone meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and confirmed his country will continue to support Ukraine.
The Cambodian government said in a statement the talk was held on Monday at Zelenskyy’s request.
Zelenskyy thanked Cambodia for its assistance in training Ukraine in landmine clearance in cooperation with Japan, and asked for continued support. Russia placed mines in Ukraine after its invasion.
