Phnom Penh – A conference on the implementation of benefits and policies for Vietnamese national contributors who are living in Cambodia under the Government’ Decree No.102/2018/ND-CP was organised in Phnom Penh on April 22.
Speaking at the event, Vietnamese Ambassador to Cambodia Vu Quang Minh said that the conference will help better serve the implementation of polices to honour those who contributed to the country, he added.
At the conference, Major General Tran Quoc Dung, head of the General Political Department’s Policy Department under the Vietnam People’s Army, listened to ideas and recommendations on the implementation of the Government’s decree on benefits for overseas national contributors, given by representatives from the Vietnamese Consulates General, defence attaché office, Vietnam-Khmer Association and its chapters in 22 out of 25 provinces and cities in Cambodia.
