Military Police Linked to Death of Cambodian Villager Involved in Land Dispute (video)

Poor villagers in remote Cambodian provinces commonly occupy public lands, hoping to be later granted legal ownership by the authorities. Hundreds of cases in the past have been decided in their favor, but a recent land protest has resulted in a clash with the local military police that killed one of the villagers.
