BOISE, Idaho – The Idaho National Guard strengthened its partnership with the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces this month when it sent 11 Idaho National Guard Soldiers and Airmen to share their skills and build relationships with Cambodian soldiers in Kampong Speu Province, Cambodia, Sept. 12 to 24.
The Subject Matter Expert Exchange was part of the National Guard State Partnership Program, which has been facilitating the sharing of ideas, capabilities and experiences between guardsmen and host countries for 25 years.
