‘I saw my position in the top few spots slip away’: Francesca Hung believes her involvement in ‘racist’ video discussing non-English speaking competitors may have cost her Miss Universe crown

She was one of three Miss Universe contestants seen discussing non-English speaking competitors in what was deemed a ‘racist ‘video last week.

And Miss Universe Australia Francesca Hung now believes her appearance in the Instagram Live video shared on Miss Colombia Valeria Morales’s account, may have cost her the crown.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph, the 24-year-old says she saw the top spot in the competition ‘slip away’.
