Homeless Scot arrested in Cambodia without a passport after living illegally for a year

A Scottish man has been arrested by police in Cambodia after allegedly living in the South East Asian country illegally for a year.

Homeless Paul Granville, 65, was picked up by police lying on the pavement in the country’s northwestern resort town of Siem Reap on March 21.

It’s thought that Mr Granville arrived in Cambodia in March last year at Phnom Penh International Airport before travelling to Siem Reap where he lost his passport.
