Seventeen aluminium and rubber fragments discovered scattered throughout Srayong commune, in Kulen district, Preah Vihear province on Thursday have been identified as parts of a drone.
Preah Vihear provincial police chief major general Yin Chamnan said people in the commune were awoken by loud crashes at around 6am on Thursday.
While they could not identify the source of the noise, they discovered aluminium and rubber debris at different locations Chamnan told The Post that police concluded the debris were parts of a drone.
