Cops work together to nab Thais involved in call centre scams

Thai police plans to work with Cambodia authorities to nab more Thais working in call scam centre there as an increasing number of them have been arrested recently.

The Bangkok Post reports that the Thai Navy will also arrange a ship to bring those arrested back to Thailand.

Assistant national police chief, Pol Lt Gen Surachate Hakparn said it was estimated that there were about 2,800 to 3,000 Thais working as call centre scammers in Cambodia.
