Authorities in Cambodia have since located a woman in China who pleaded for help on social media after she was allegedly deceived.
Reports in the Phnom Penh Post said the woman appealed to Prime Minister Hun Sen via Facebook earlier this week.
She claimed she was duped into working in China and Cambodian authorities plan to repatriate her at the end of this month.
