Amaravati – Doctors at Ramesh Hospitals, Vijayawada have successfully carried out intra-cardiac repair on a 50-year old Cambodian national Chiya Sambat and helped him fully recover.
Sambat, who has been suffering from congenital heart disease, was air-dashed to Vijayawada to undergo the heart-surgery after learning the experts at Ramesh Hospitals could handle the case with minimal costs. As the patient was born with heart defect and also problem with lungs, the doctors at Ramesh hospitals found it is complicated procedure but handled it without much trouble.
