Cambodian health authorities trace contacts after Covid-19 scare

Cambodian health authorities plan to trace and test more than 80 people for Covid-19 after a Hungarian man with the virus caused a scare by leaving quarantine.

Cambodia’s Health Ministry on Monday (Sept 28) said they had found no new cases of the coronavirus, but in a statement on Sunday detailed efforts to find people who may have had contact with an infected patient.

The patient was identified as a 70-year-old Hungarian man living in Siem Reap with his wife.
