Cambodia tells tourists, fishermen not to venture out to sea due to impact of southwest monsoon

Phnom Penh – Cambodia on Saturday advised tourists and fishermen not to venture out to sea from Aug. 3 to 6 as the kingdom is suffering from the impact of the southwest monsoon.

“There will be torrential rains and strong winds at coastal areas, especially in Preah Sihanouk and Koh Kong provinces,” said a weather forecast released from the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology.
