Cambodia joins global group to end violence against children

Cambodia has joined the Global Partnership to End Violence Against Children as its 25th Pathfinder Country.

The Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation Ministry said the kingdom had reinforced its dedication to prevent violence against children.

‘The government has always been committed to respecting and promoting the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child to ensure that children can live in freedom, peace and prosperity,” said its minister, Vong Soth.
