Workers have finished two years of repairs on a historic bridge in Cambodia symbolizing ties with Japan.
Officials held a ceremony to mark the completion of work on the structure that was built by a Japanese firm over half a century ago.
Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen attended the event in Phnom Penh. He crossed the 700-meter bridge together with Japan’s Ambassador to Cambodia Hidehisa Horinouchi.
