PM Prayut Chan-o-cha should ask the Cambodian government to explain why former Thai prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra recently used a Cambodian passport to register a company in Hong Kong.
This despite Cambodia having repeatedly denied that Yingluck escaped through Cambodia in 2017 or received any help from the Cambodian government during and after that time.
