Surrogate mothers in Cambodia say they are being unfairly targeted.

Surrogacy has been illegal in Cambodia since 2016 but activists say that mothers have faced the full force of the law rather than the organisers of commercial surrogacy schemes.

Al Jazeera’s Tony Cheng met one surrogate mother, in Cambodia’s capital, Phnom Penh.
