Phnom Penh doesn’t sleep. In Cambodia’s vibrant capital, throngs of tourists wander through the Royal Palace and along the riverfront, expats gather at one of many organic eateries, pedestrians weave through a sea of motorbikes and tuk-tuks, and schoolkids hang out at the hulking Aeon Mall.
