46 Cambodians are Set to be Deported from California. Will Governor Jerry Brown Intervene?

Next Monday, 46 Cambodian refugees are slated to be put on a plane and sent back to Cambodia. It will be the largest deportation flight of Cambodians in U.S. history. The largest flight before this was eight months ago.

Cambodians only started being deported in 2003, even though many have been arriving in the U.S. since the early 1980s. Cambodians have been deported under every Administration since 2003, but there’s been an uptick under the Trump administration.
