Three local people were killed and 10 others got injured after a passenger mini-bus veered off the road and overturned several times in northeast Cambodia’s Mondulkiri province on Thursday, a local police chief said.
The fatal crash happened on National Road 78 in Koh Nhek district, said Khlout Sokhea, police chief of Koh Nhek district, adding that reckless driving was blamed for the accident.
“Three people were pronounced dead at the scene and 10 others were injured, including one in severe condition,” he told Xinhua.
