Siem Reap – The first Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (LMC) training program on project management and sectoral development of key priority areas kicked off in Siem Reap, Cambodia on Tuesday, said a press release.
Chhem Rethy, a minister in the Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen’s Office, Cambodian Foreign Ministry Secretary of State Luy David, and Liu Zhijie, director of the Siem Reap Consular Office of the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia, presided over the opening ceremony of the training course, the release said.
It said the four-day event was attended by approximately 50 officials from the six LMC countries, namely China, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam.
