James Rickeston: Cambodia trial of Australian director begins – video

The trial of Australian filmmaker James Ricketson has begun in Cambodia’s capital Phnom Penh. The 69-year-old has been in held in pre-trial detention for alleged spying allegations. Acclaimed Australian filmmaker Peter Weir has taken to the stand as a character witness. Ricketson has been making films for decades in both Australia and Cambodia.
