The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association will hold an outreach in Cambodia next month.
The event will be called the Love Phnom Penh Festival and director Derek Forbes says it’s the perfect time to reach the Cambodian capital with the Gospel.
Since February, the local Festival team has held prayer rallies and trained leaders in discipleship and evangelism.
