Cambodia breaks its own Guinness World Record for largest Madison dance

Cambodia on Saturday broke its own Guinness World Record for the largest Madison dance involving 4,999 participants, a Guinness World Record adjudicator announced.

The participants performed the five-minute Madison dance at the famed Angkor Archeological Park complex in northwest Cambodia’s Siem Reap City to celebrate the traditional Khmer New Year, which kicked off on Friday for three days.

Cambodia’s Union of Youth Federations organized the dance, led by Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen’s youngest son Hun Many.
