No new COVID-19 cases detected in Cambodia for 4 days straight, as patients cured rise to 98

Cambodia had found no new cases of COVID-19 infections in the last four days, while two more patients had recovered, bringing the number of patients cured in the kingdom to 98, said a Ministry of Health statement released on Thursday.

The latest recovered patients are two French men aged 80 and 61 years old, the statement said, adding that they were discharged from the Khmer-Soviet Friendship Hospital on Wednesday.

“The recovery rate for COVID-19 patients in Cambodia stands at 80.33 percent with 98 out of 122 COVID-19 infected persons cured,” the statement said.
