Filipinos from Cambodia and Vietnam were repatriated on Saturday amid the coronavirus disease, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said.
A total of 143 distressed Filipinos from Vietnam arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) through a chartered flight at 4:51 p.m.
Foreign Affairs Undersecretary for Migrant Workers’ Affairs Sarah Lou Arriola said the repatriated were subjected to health protocols of the Bureau of Quarantine.
