Cambodian PM urges people to remain vigilant despite no new Covid-19 cases for 12 straight days

Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen on Saturday (April 25) urged people to remain vigilant although the kingdom has detected no new cases of Covid-19 (coronavirus) infections for the last 12 days.

“Although the infection rate of Covid-19 in our country has not increased strongly compared to other countries in recent days and more patients have been cured, we must be constantly vigilant because there are no specific medicines to treat this highly contagious Covid-19 disease,” he wrote on his official Facebook page.

“If not necessary, please do not leave home,” Hun Sen said.
