Cambodia, where over 60% of the population has been fully vaccinated, will start offering a third coronavirus vaccine shot to citizens starting in October, the government said Sunday.
Prime minister Hun Sen announced the initiative during a two-day visit by China’s foreign minister Wang Yi to inaugurate a Chinese-funded soccer stadium.
Hun Sen thanked the Asian giant for the millions of the Covid-19 vaccine shots it donated to Cambodia to combat the pandemic.
