Cambodia said Thursday it has confirmed its first new case of the novel coronavirus in over a month.
The Health Ministry said in a statement that a 26-year-old Cambodian man who traveled from South Korea via the Philippines and returned to the country late Wednesday has tested positive for the coronavirus.
The statement added that the man arrived together with 63 foreign nationals, including three Japanese, and they were sent to a hotel in Phnom Penh for a 14-day quarantine.
