Cambodia reports 2 more COVID-19 deaths, 761 new cases

Cambodia on Friday logged two more deaths from COVID-19 and 761 new confirmed cases in the last 24 hours, its Ministry of Health said in a statement.

The latest deceased patients were a 41-year-old Chinese man and a 55-year-old Cambodian woman, raising the national death toll to 93 from the coronavirus epidemic, the statement said.

The new infections included one imported case and 760 local cases, which included 408 reported in the capital Phnom Penh, 144 in Kandal province, 83 in Preah Sihanouk province, and 67 in Banteay Meanchey province, it said.
