Australian teacher child sex arrest in Cambodia

Australian teacher Garry Mulroy has been arrested in Cambodia on child sex charges relating to boys aged 11 to 14.

An Australian former Catholic private school teacher has been arrested in Cambodia and charged with child sex offences.

Anti-human trafficking and juvenile protection police in the Cambodian tourist town of Siem Reap arrested Garry Paul Mulroy, 69, on charges he sexually abused six boys, aged 11 to 14.

The Siem Reap Provincial Police allege Mr Mulroy persuaded the six boys, who are from poor families, to have sex with him in exchange for food and money, the Khmer Times reported.
