The Diplomat’s Luke Hunt spoke with tax specialist Brendan Lalor, a director with Ernst & Young (Cambodia) Ltd where he heads their tax team and advises multinational clients across a range of industries and sectors.

Lalor has spent the last four years coming to grips with Cambodia’s constantly evolving tax system and where it fits in the regional and international system. He was previously in Vietnam and spent more than 18 years working in Australia, Belgium, South Africa, and the U.K.
