Singtel advising builders of first two Cambodia data centres

Singapore operator Singtel is advising a carrier-neutral start-up that is building the first pair of data centres in Cambodia.

Kepstar Data Centre is planning one unit in the capital, Phnom Penh, with a smaller centre for resilience to be added 100km away. Their total power will be 10MW and they will occupy 15,000 square metres between them.
