China and Cambodia will create a “fast track” for the movement of people and a “green corridor” for the flow of goods due to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a statement issued on Tuesday after a high-level bilateral virtual meeting.
The two countries said they oppose any politicization or stigmatization using the epidemic as an excuse, calling for solidarity from all parties to deal with the challenge of COVID-19.
Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi with Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister Hor Nam Hong co-chaired the fifth meeting of the China-Cambodia Intergovernmental Coordination Committee.
